Refund Policy
Digital Credits
AI Matchup Credits are prepaid, non-transferable usage units used only to request AI-generated fictional fight breakdowns. Credits have no cash value, are not stored value, and cannot be redeemed, resold, transferred, or exchanged for money.
Refund Eligibility
Unused credit purchases may be reviewed for refund requests within 14 days of purchase. Credits already consumed for completed AI generations are non-refundable unless there was a duplicate charge, failed delivery, or billing error.
Paddle and Consumer Rights
Paddle is the merchant of record for purchases completed through Paddle. This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights or any additional rights provided by Paddle's Buyer Terms and Refund Policy. Paddle may approve, partially approve, or decline a request under its applicable buyer policies and local law.
Failed Generations
If a paid AI generation fails before delivery, the consumed credit is automatically returned to the user's balance when the failure is recorded by the system.
How to Request Support
Contact support through the Contact page first and include the account email, purchase date, and Paddle receipt or transaction identifier. Buyers may also use Paddle's buyer support at paddle.net for payment or refund assistance.
